Employee Welfare Scheme

We have and employee welfare scheme to provide financial assistance to the employee/his family in the case of Death/permanent total disablement of an employee, Medical treatment to self and dependants, Assistance for Natural Calamities and to provide Retirement benefits to all regular employees. In case of death of a regular employee while in service, the family will continue to get an ex-gratia amount as specified upto a predefined time period.

Stainless Club, Hisar

One of the premium facilities at Hisar is the Stainless Club. Spread over five acres of lush greenery, it offers a host of state-of-the-art recreational facilities - swimming pool, Gymnasium, Tennis court, Badminton court, Basketball court, Indoor games, Walking and Jogging tracks, Children’s park, Free Internet service, Restaurant, Private and Party rooms, Audio-video room etc. In Odisha, there is In-house small club within the Unit Office premises comprise of Table Tennis room, Gymnasium, Billiards Room along with a library. The Stainless Club is very active in organising various social and sporting events for employees and members and remains a point of attraction for all.

CME, Conference and Workshops

JIMS regularly organises CME and workshops on various topics. Doctors from JIMS as well as outside participate in the program. JIMS also provides sponsorship to its employees for attending conference/training of their choice.

Socializing and Get-together Events

We organize social Get-together Events on a regular basis. Raising day on 5th May is celebrated with cultural programs, commemorations, community social activities, contests, recognition to employees etc.
